Work consists of the daily cleaning as well as the periodic
cleaning.
Facility Engineering Maintenance Services
The main emphasis in the work is the planned preventive maintenance
activities such that downtime to the services is kept at a minimum.
PROPEL has developed a computerized maintenance management system
(CMMS) for the management of the maintenance work.
Grounds-keeping
The grounds-keeping work consists of the landscape maintenance,
grass cutting, cleaning of road, parking lots and perimeter
drains.
