equipment breakdown or failure. Application of Computerised
Maintenance Management System (“CMMS”) as the maintenance management
tool provides a great advantage for better monitoring and control of
all maintenances activities.
Corrective Maintenance
As an integral part of services provided, corrective maintenance is
necessary to restore the system or equipment to satisfactory
operation within the shortest possible time.
